Couldn't have been more helpful

We were helped by Helen King to set up various new accounts. Helen talked me through the many ISA and account options which made the decision of which to choose easier for me. Wonderful personal services

After our experience from another banking company, we found a completely different & helpful attitude with a person who actually cared about us as people and not just a number. Ken's was help and uncomplicated. He expressed everything in layman's terms without using lots of jargon, which we greatly appreciated. He when through all the T&Cs and anything we didn't understand he explained to use. Great customer service skills. Reviewed on: 6th November 2023
