Excellent and efficient

Everything worked very well and was clear to understand. The only problem that arose was that my mortgage offer was lost in the post and never arrived . My solicitor helped me out by sending me a copy of her copy of my mortgage offer which I completed and used instead. I understand you sent the offer out to me second-class post but it still has not arrived. I would recommend actual offers are sent out first-class post which should arrive next day. Very helpful staff
