Excellent help and support

The underwriters team (Sezanne) brilliant at answering queries and helping me every step of the way. Managed to complete on my date by pulling out all the stops. Very grateful Reviewed on: 4th August 2023

New customer opening two accounts

Very straight forward conducted in a very professional manner. Only hiccup was that it took a week for the books of my new accounts , when I was told it would be done and sent out next day. Letter franked 1st class next day but arrived 7 days later. Had similar experience awaiting for verification code for online access to my account letter franked 21/7 1st class letter received 3/8. Easy to deal with

After being left in the lurch several times by the useless broker (Mojo mortgages) I started to call Newbury directly. Best thing I ever did as they were so helpful and ensured the last few items were completed. It all went through well. They even held back some of the Bank of England rises recently. Helpful and informative

The member of staff who had arranged a call with me, telephoned promptly and was able to provide a useful assessment of the market and clearly explained the options open to me. After selecting a course of action all subsequent dealings were made quickly and a remortgage offer received soon after. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
