Notification of Death of Joint Acct Holder

I went to the Andover branch to notify them of the death of my father, The lady I spoke to was very kind and dealt with me in a very empathic way. She quickly dealt with everything, explaining everything she was doing. She asked if I would like to open another acct which paid a better interest rate which would then be paid into the original acct . I agreed to this an she transferred an amount to the new acct. She kept my old book and only 2 days later I received it back in the post along with the new pass book. She was very pleasant, efficient and professional from start to finish. Her customer care was exemplary from start to finish and she is a credit to your building society. Reviewed on: 28th July 2023

Fantastic service

Friendly and kind staff that take an interest!

All the staff in the branches I have transacted in have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and take a genuine interest in me. My most recent visit to the Basingstoke branch was no exception, lots of smiley faces! Reviewed on: 28th July 2023
