I took out a TSB card and transferred a balance from another card and also made some purchases,all interest free for a period of time in which I should be able to pay it off.

Having had a house contents policy for a couple of years I was happy to stay with them when I moved house. I tried to contact them to update with my new house details but was told I had to speak to an advisor who would call me.This never happened and after trying to contact them by all means,web chat,email,phone ...I got nowhere and was forced to get cover from another company. I am still trying to cancel my old policy which they automatically renewed despite me telling them I was moving from that address.

So easy to use,difficult to lose,bright pink or bright orange, it suits me down to the ground,I feel in control and up to date in my banking.
