In summary my review is neutral, one can't quite say much negative or indeed too positive about Proplend. It does what it says on the tin, but the tin is rather small. Low volume of deals means sophisticated investors seem to be flocking to other platforms like LendInvest. It's encouraging to see this happening in the P2P property space, just as it's happened for equity crowdfunding with Seedrs and to a lesser degree Crowdcube.
