Quick, amazing, professional

I’m a mum to 2 children, when I signed up for life insurance I had a call back within hours, everything was so quick and easy to set up. The man on the phone was so professional and made the phone call so easy and a little less daunting from somebody who does not like phone calls. Absolutely amazing customer service. He made everything so simple, and I felt comfortable enough to ask him to elaborate on certain things. Absolutely spot on. I try to recommend this service to all my friends and family. I hadn’t a clue about any of the policies before I spoke to a helpful advisor who explained everything to me in a simplified manner. He answered all my ‘daft’ questions professionally but also in a way I could understand.
