I required an insurance that covered me straight away and this company definitely provided me with that. This meant the process for getting a job was hassle free and made me stress a lot less throughout the interview process as i knew i had everything i needed in order to go into the line of work i desired. This also allows me to be flexible and perform my work at home which helps me with my other jobs i currently have after graduating from a masters degree, excellent service!! Great service and Value for money.

Had difficulty finding the correct cover required. helped by telephone support. Was directed to go online for discount. Not many companies would do that. Great price and monthly payment options helpful when starting out in a new venture. Reviewed on: 24th August 2024

Competitive price but claims service is rubbish

Whilst it’s a competitive price and good value, the claims process is rubbish.despite making a valid claim I had to collate almost every piece of medical evidence and even then as told I couldn’t prove this certain dog hurt me on a certain date, so felt like I needed a body am in future! I've had a positive experience with Protectivity's Specialist Insurance for my PT and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy practice. The process of setting up the policy was straightforward, and the customer service team was very helpful in answering all of my questions. One of the standout features is the flexibility of the policy, which allows me to adjust coverage as my business needs change. The peace of mind knowing that I'm covered for both my personal training and hypnotherapy sessions is invaluable. I haven’t had to make a claim yet, but based on the service so far, I feel confident that if I ever need to, the process will be smooth and efficient. Excellent advice, great value for money

I just needed insurance for a 1 day event which included Tug-of-war. I did not know that was a seperate item that needed to be mentioned in my application, customer service advised me on this, my volunteer crew and other service providers attending my event to make sure I would be fully covered.
