I have been insured with Protectivity since 2019. I have phoned on a couple of occasions to ask questions and found the customer service staff to be polite and knowledgeable. Very reasonable price for excellent level of cover.

Affordable insurance which covers all my needs as a pet business owner! So simple to get a quote and adjust to your specific requirements if necessary. I haven't needed to contact anybody directly so far, so can't speak to that, but so far I'm really pleased. Reviewed on: 17th July 2024
