I had a few questions when I first set up my policy so I called customer services on more than one occasion, they were very patient & informative, giving me confidence in their service. It was easy to get through & a welcome change to be able to speak in person. Reviewed on: 15th July 2024

I bought my pet sitting insurance through Protectivity and I was so happy with the service that when my craft insurance was die for renewal I moved that to them too. Getting a quote was quick and easy, pricing is competitive and customer service is excellent. Reviewed on: 15th July 2024

Quick and easy to get affordable cover for my pet boarding business. The weekly emails are informative and helpful and when I recently had to stop working for health reasons it was equally easy to cancel.
