Abysmally poor customer service

We had a high yield savings account at Raisin. A couple of weeks ago we tried to have the contact telephone number changed. We both called Raisin and tried to change it online. No luck with either strategy. On several occasions we spoke with a man named Josh O. He had us go through several cumbersome procedures and told us that the contact number would be changed. It never was. So, we withdrew the funds that were deposited at Raisin. We will never do business with them again. They have abysmally poor customer service and their agents are unkind and incompetent. Overall, dealing with them has been a nightmare. Reviewed on: 6th February 2026
