Operation is too complicated & Onerous

The funding and withdrawal processes are unduly complicated and onerous. The Hargreaves Lansdown platform is far better. Also the log-on / security is far too complicated, especially as you cannot use the same mobile telephone number for joint accounts. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

Suspected foul play....No not really.

Found this experience to be easy to accomplish my savings goals so far. But managed to get them to suspect I may be money laundering, due to a large deposit. That I unfortunately had to make from my deceased wifes NS&I account. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

The best bank for your extra money

they take care of the security of the deposit. If the interest rate changes before the agreement with a given bank is concluded, they inform about it and cancel the agreement (you can always conclude it again). They inform the client in advance about new favorable offers. they give a sufficiently long time to make a decision about the maturity product (what you want to do with it). they transfer the money from the deposit to the deposit without unnecessary delay Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
