I’ve found Raisin very straightforward to use. The platform is easy to navigate and offers consistently good interest rates across a range of savings products. I particularly like that they send prompt reminders when interest rates are due to change, giving you time to transfer money and avoid missing out on better returns. My experience of Raisin money has been pretty painless seeing as I had no experience of Investments previously. Competitive rates, good variety of products. Information on everything when you need it and great customer service. Really easy to withdraw funds but good safeguards in place too.
