Good Selection of Providers, Customer Service Very Slow

I found their customer service incredibly slow. Also, they are very slow when you withdraw funds - they should use Faster Payments instead of sitting on the funds. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

The web platform is very easy to use and to navigate. It is also informative, for example, about the banks offering savings packages - whether they are affiliated with particular religions or ideologies, for example. Savings rates are competitive, and it is useful to have a variety of terms (6, 12, 18+ months) available. Well done Raisin! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
