Happy Customer

I have been a Ratesetter customer for many years. Since the beginning I have been very impressed. The customer service provided by staff on the phone has been excellent (quick,helpful, informative). Searching for and taking out a loan is simple without being forceful. And managing the account on the excellent website which is effective and 'non-fussy'. In my view peer to peer lending is a more ethical way of borrowing money and that makes a big difference to me. Over payments at no extra charge encourages a healthier debt lifestyle. Easy to apply, excellent rates.

Even my own bank, which keeps sending me 'low rate' personal loan offers, couldn't beat the RateSetter loan rate. Arrangement was simple, the contract is well-written and repayment is by a simple Direct Debit. Highly recommended! Reviewed on: 29th June 2017

Excellent Lender

I found the overall experience with Ratesetter as the best I have come across. The application was all completed online and the funds were quickly transferred when I was approved. I was able to see online where my application status was upto and there are contact details available of more information is required.
