Very professional

I have now taken out 2 loans with Ratesetter. Each time the application has been easy to do online, but better still are the rates. Also the customer service is second to none, especially through COVID they were so helpful when I was on furlough! Fantastic company with unrivaled customer service in my opinion! First class service

Excellent experience in customer service dealt with my loan application quickly and money was transferred straight away into my account for a new car. This was my second loan at a competitive Apr which made me return to Ratesetter once again helpful , plain straight talking and completing my application with ease thanks again Ratesetter.
