I have used Ratesetter twice now, with each experience being a positive one. The online paperwork is straightforward and easy to complete, with friendly help always available if needed. Brilliant company and service

Really easy to apply for, customer services are friendly and always happy to help. System is great for keeping tabs on the loan and easy to change the direct debt date if necessary. Would highly recommend. The apr rate is quite good as-well compared to other companies. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Very positive experience!

User friendly website, easy to compare rates and adjust amounts/repayment options. Simple application, fast decision on loan. No hidden charges. Can track using app or call for assistance if needed. I was later enrolled for preferential rates via another provider through my workplace and on comparison there was very little in difference to what I was offered. I would definitely recommend.
