Great customer service and easy to manage loan

I got a loan from ratesetter to do some home improvement. The product was competitive with other providers and it was an easy process to 'top up' my existing loan. Whenever I needed to make changes such as address or payment amounts, it was really easy to get through to their customer service team, they were very helpful and friendly.
