Super easy process and great customer service

I applied for a loan last year whilst working in a call centre, I could not discuss this over the phone and I had heard people saying the process was so long with other companies. After applying for a loan and exchanging a few emails back and forth I was accepted extremely quickly and the funds were in my account the next working day! Everyone through email that I dealt with were amazing and could not have done anymore to help me and it was such an easy process! Would highly recommend RateSetter to everyone. Great company, great experience

After needing a loan for home improvements I came across rate setter after hearing good things from a friend. The application process was so simple and straight forward and once accepted the money was in my account by the next working day. No issues with payments and apr rate was great. Open and honest loans

Needed to cover an un expected bill and was straight forward and open. After paying over half back I wanted a new household item so followed after looking say I could extend and very flexible on what I wanted and ended up not paying any more a month. So Reviewed on: 11th June 2020
