Not a very good company to deal with , I took out a loan , payed every payment on time looked for a top up after 2 years and totally got refused , with ratesetter telling me they don’t have to give an explanation, So I would not be voting for this company to win , that’s just my opinion. Never had a problem in the six years I’ve had loans with this company. Very easy to use website, to check up on your loans, how much left to pay, to make an extra payment down to being able to change your monthly repayment date. I rang them once and found it easy to talk to someone with having to wait or be kept on hold for a period of time. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
