Voting is now open for the Insurance choice awards 2025

Why did we launch the Insurance choice awards? Simply, to recognise the achievements of the insurance industry. Since we started the awards in 2016 we’ve seen fierce competition each year, from industry giants to exciting start-ups.

Unlike other awards, ours are determined by the voices of real customers – not a judging panel. They vote by leaving a review at Smart Money People, making the awards both unique and a true endorsement of customer satisfaction.

Our CEO Jacqueline Dewey said, “The insurance industry continues to evolve at pace, as consumers look for protection and peace of mind across more areas of their lives. Insurers that can deliver tailored, relevant cover are being recognised by the people who matter most - their customers. Thanks to the data we collect with our reviews, the Insurance choice awards reflect real consumer experiences. We’re excited to see which companies are crowned as the winners in 2025.”

If you're a customer and would like to take part in the Insurance choice awards, we’d love to hear from you. Share your honest feedback by leaving a review for your chosen company, which will also count as a vote. We’ll also enter you into our £1,000 prize draw (terms and conditions apply).

Winners will be revealed on 6 November 2025
