Unreliable

They keep “pausing” access to our accounts for regular KYC checks. Infuriating and unnecessary. We are given 20 business days to respond - then the accounts are frozen after 5days!!! Totally unpredictable and impossible to rely on. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2021
