Customer support is excellent. Any problems I've had have been resolved quickly and handled professionally. I have saved a lot of money sending money abroad, which is one of the main reasons why I joined Revolut. Overall I think they are on their way to becoming the best provider of banking services. Painless Experience

I found setting up a business account with other highstreet and larger banks a tedious and lengthy process. If I can remember correctly I was setup with revolute within 20m using online verification and able to use my digital card before my physical card arrived. I love the multi currency as well as the generous free transfers every month which usually cost more at other banks. I can click on any transaction in my account and easily mark it as an expense then manage this which will sync to my Xero account as well as generate a pdf statement for that purchase right there and then. I actually wouldn't Change back to a standard bank especially given all the useful features of revolute. Using now for around 8 months and I will be using again for any other businesses I open. I refuse to wait 7-10 business days for my traditional accounts to be setup and have lots of paperwork to fill out. Closing a traditional account comes with its issues as well whereas its pretty simple with Rev. Reviewed on: 25th January 2020
