Great solution

Revolutionnary!

For me, this is the easiest, most user-friendly bank in the world. I have never had such a great experience with banking. The 'Fear' barrier while dealing with a Bank has been completely broken and I feel like I can act so freely with revolut. I recommend it to everyone! Reviewed on: 20th December 2019

Lack of support for blocked accounts

They block accounts with no reason and there is no support to unlock them. They offer no reason/justification for this action and no time plan. I have no access to my funds, they are thieves! Reviewed on: 20th December 2019

The best banking experience by far - Revolut.

Revolt was recommended to me by friends I have in the UK Banking Sector - none of whom work for Revolut, but all for traditional banks. Ease of FX and no rip off spreads, no commissions plus speedy transfers - what more do you need, they told me. Recently I flew into the UK and on my way back out of the country at Heathrow, paying for a coffee I was tapped on the shoulder by another customer. "You use Revolut too !! - I just saw you pay with the card ! - Isn't it great, I get so excited when I see others who use Revolut !". Although I am less excitable generally, I had to agree with him about the ease of use, the speed that any problems are handled, the professionalism of the staff and the simple well delivered ideas. Oh and when I send a payment to my children I can use gif's to show my excitement ! As a customer - that's just spoiling me :-) Reviewed on: 20th December 2019

It's simply way worse than your branch bank

How many times did you get your branch bank transfer locked? How many times did you need to wait more than 48 hours just to receive a simple reply from your bank? How many times your branch bank put you under the stress of not understanding what is going on with your account? Revolut is not a bank, it will never be unless it changes its policies drastically, their customer service is amateur, God knows what happens in the compliance team, they are clearly not prepared for such challenges, the company is rude to its customers, unresponsible to handle people's money. You don't need much more than a quick look at their social media to find it out. I understand Revolut is a startup, but it doesn't have core values to serve people, it does not serve the revolution, it serves its own, brings complexity and uncertainty to an already uncertain floor.
