Great app and website - super easy to use

Very easy to set up, the app and online back are its greatest feature - so easy to use compared to traditional banks. I have not had to contact customer service much, basically as I can do most of what I need within the app. Nice to see a real focus on enhanced security features in the last few months. Not recommended

Revolut took our account in the full knowledge of the business we operate. Then, with no explanation we are informed that our account has been suspended and will be closed. With money trapped in the account, Revolut offer no assistance or seem able to explain how or when the funds will be transferred to our new account. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

I would have given the maximum rating in all counts if Revolut had made it easier to have human contact. A nominated representative that a client can email would be enough. Revolut provides a great service, value for money, and the app functionality is beyond any other in the market, and I know as I have tried several alternatives and still use a couple others.
