Continuous improvement and functionality, I was very excites when the Business version came out (was already a personal user). Everything always worked and I like how features are rolled out with some users first - I was early adopter on pretty much all of them. My favourites are the “savings” accounts with daily interest (amazing for getting a little bit out of our company current accounts) and the Merchant account - super fast payments (unlike Stripe which takes several days to reach the account and has higher fees).
