On initial start up you receive a video call from a representative who talks you through the user interface and how to use, on top of which they are at hand if you have an issue. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

Their systems are appalling!

Their systems are appalling!! Almost all of my transfers have been flagged for possible scam activity - even when I tell them it’s not. Their AI customer care is pointless too as it just keeps repeating standard information. I would not recommend this bank at all. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
