My experience is a lot but I will only talk about their promotions. Everything is good and on point. If you win, they give you reward they promise. You only have to fellow their instruction then you are good to go. Am a beneficiary of their promotion( i got £80 pounds after doing what am supposed to do). What a great banking experience from an online bank, I was skeptical at first, but I've been a user for more than 5 years and it am really pleased with how well its worked. I travel a fair bit and I've never had any issues while abroad. I really love the prompting of upcoming payments. The analytics of your spending is excellent. Reviewed on: 13th January 2026
