Not customer friendly.

My Experience with Revolut is not the best for issues with money that’s lost to fraud or mugging as when I was in a different country I had 400 pound taken from my account after I was deceived and drugged/mugged and Revolut didn’t want to support my claim so I never got my money back. Very easy to use app with great features like instant transfers and budgeting tools. Payments are fast and reliable. Overall, a really convenient way to manage money. Only downside is when i need to do bank transfers in foreign currency during weekend , it does not give a good rate unlike other similar online banks like Monzo.which provide the best offer even during weekends.
