Feedback & Proposal Platform Usability

Dear Revolut Team, I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the commission structure and certain usability issues within the Revolut platform. Firstly, I find the commission fees for currency exchange between GBP and EUR to be excessively high. The same applies to commissions charged in Forex trading, cryptocurrency transactions, and stock trading. These fees make investing — especially with small or moderate amounts — significantly less profitable and, in many cases, discouraging. Even when investing larger amounts, the proportional fees remain substantial. For users who wish to trade with smaller capital in order to test strategies or gradually build experience, the current commission structure makes this practically unsustainable. Secondly, I am experiencing serious difficulty in managing certain account features. I previously activated the round-up feature, where spare change from purchases is automatically invested in cryptocurrencies. I now wish to deactivate this function, but the option is either very difficult to locate or not clearly accessible. As a result, funds continue to be transferred automatically, and when I attempt to withdraw them, I incur additional fees (for example, losing £1–£1.50 on small £5–£7 amounts). This creates unnecessary financial loss and frustration. Additionally, I find it difficult to quickly access effective customer support to resolve such issues. The communication process could be more straightforward and user-friendly. I would also like to propose the following improvements: Currency exchange up to £1,000 per month should carry very low commission fees. From £1,000 to £5,000, commissions could be moderately higher. Above £5,000, fees may follow your standard corporate policy structure. This tiered model would make Revolut more accessible to everyday users who are not high-net-worth individuals. Furthermore, I strongly suggest that commissions on cryptocurrency and stock trading be reduced to zero or near-zero levels, especially for smaller transactions. Otherwise, active trading with modest capital becomes economically inefficient. Revolut has strong potential as a modern financial platform, but fee competitiveness and platform transparency are critical for long-term user trust and satisfaction. Easy to set up and use of app.

Easy to set up and use of app. Like that you can transfer money into different currencies easily. Like that you can customise theme for different currencies to differentiate too. Disposable card is a great idea especially for online shopping. Transferring money between friends is easy and simple especially if they are on Revolut too. Easy to use and some good information within the App
