Mixed Feelings: Revolut’s Service Feedback

I’ve had an overall excellent experience with Revolut, particularly appreciating the outstanding customer portfolio's. However, I must address the concern regarding the high cost of the product. The spread percentage, ask rate, and bid rate are notably higher compared to other services, especially for those without a Metal or Ultra subscription who face additional fees. While I understand the need to implement charges for certain services like transfers, the introduction of fees where there were none before is disappointing. Additionally, while the promise of a free card is enticing, the hidden delivery cost adds an unexpected expense for users. Despite these drawbacks, I want to express gratitude to every employee at Revolut for their contribution to improving the financial sphere. Keep up the good work, but please consider revisiting the pricing structure to ensure fair value for customers. Reviewed on: 7th March 2024
