Great for FX and great customer service experience

I have had a very positive experience with Revolut. The first area which got me hooked is the ability to have multiple currencies in your account and to exchange at a great rate. The second is a recent experience with a problem with an online shop that had not shipped goods I had paid for. I used the app to report them and they raised a case with the supplier which subsequently shipped the goods to me. It was easy to do in the app and resolved my problem quickly.
