Excellent customer service

It's has been a worthwhile partnering with them, because there was a time one of my payments was due, revolut paid on my behalf due to low amount of funding,which took the stress of not meeting up with payments off me. I did pay back without charges. Again I remembered when I transferred money from an app to revolut, by didn't get the funds on revolut, from the first time I reach out, they were excellent to the recovery of the funds. I find Revolut easy to use and it's great for tracking my son's spending and being able to transfer money to him easily. However, when I set up the account I added an account in another country to transfer money from. Most of my funds are in that bank and I can no longer transfer in or out of it and no one seems to be able to tell me why or help me fix it so I have had to set up a Wise account which is frustrating Reviewed on: 16th March 2026

Continuing growth in features

I love the continuous growth with lots of new things getting added like child account joint account. I like the fact that you can have it all slide across one screen with like your account, your savings account and your children their savings account, joint account etc, I wish there was more ways to make money or understand how to invest and make savings more beneficial, especially for the children. I love that. Yeah, it's just online. It's simple a straightforward forward It's really good. Downfall cost of upgraded accounts premium, ultra etc. also not being able to set up payments to transfer from say my account to my child's, like a regular payments, IE pocket money, savings, chores etc. but I'm sure as revolut continues to expand these features will be updated. Down call son's savings better aer % @3 for him but mine is only 1.7aer%. on my savings which is quite low. I use go Henry too for my son as lots of great features for kids and learn about money but as revolut makes updates I'm hoping that they will have a similar system the tasks to do, education missions which earn money and point. Also revolut doesn't charge a monthly payment for the account unlike go Henry. I think have the same opportunities and education on revolut we would use revolut as a main account as it would be ideal with the use of my account. Reviewed on: 14th March 2026
