All experiences with Revolut have been fantastic. I use it for everyday banking, exchanging money for international trips, I use my euro account frequently, and a savings account. I’ve also added cards easily to my account for both of my children, which they use a lot. I have a metal account and so also benefit from the perks such as car hire excess cover etc. Reviewed on: 16th March 2026

Excellent customer service

It's has been a worthwhile partnering with them, because there was a time one of my payments was due, revolut paid on my behalf due to low amount of funding,which took the stress of not meeting up with payments off me. I did pay back without charges. Again I remembered when I transferred money from an app to revolut, by didn't get the funds on revolut, from the first time I reach out, they were excellent to the recovery of the funds. I find Revolut easy to use and it's great for tracking my son's spending and being able to transfer money to him easily. However, when I set up the account I added an account in another country to transfer money from. Most of my funds are in that bank and I can no longer transfer in or out of it and no one seems to be able to tell me why or help me fix it so I have had to set up a Wise account which is frustrating Reviewed on: 16th March 2026
