A very personal ,efficient service with friendly touch.

i have found the service excellent and personal to my needs as a widow. The person I spoke to explained everything clearly altering my policy requirements updating the information on my two year old caravan.Also it was good to speak to a person and not have to wade through lots of details on line.Not everybody is computer literate. Underhand behaviour

After two years many onsite were emailed to say they were no longer able to insure us as the underwriter had decided they were at "maximum capacity for number of caravans insured at this location. Bad management in our view. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024
