I have remained a Ripe customer due to the level of cover provided for the price charged, other companies were considerably higher in price for no better cover. The customer service team are extremely professional, knowledgable and courteous. The documents provided are easy to read and understand. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, i had to make an amendment to mu policy which was handled quickly and efficiently. Cover was tailor made to exactly what i needed. I can’t fault Ripe insurance and would recommend them without hesitation. Reviewed on: 15th July 2023
