Con artists, Its disgracefully that anyone can get away with this scam in 2018. they wanted £171 excess and all the other monthly payments for the rest of the year upfront to fix my washing machine which had been insured with them for 4 months! I called the help line to ask advice and its charged me £8.00 for 11 minuets on hold. Shocking that this is allowed. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE CONMEN! Reviewed on: 4th June 2018
