Every year I phone Brentwood Branch to obtain Certs...

Every year I phone Brentwood Branch to obtain Certs of Interest to submit to my accountant for the Inland Revenue. I am always dealt with swiftly and in a very friendly manner. Sometimes I go to the branch and, likewise, my query or transaction is dealt with promptly and in a friendly way. It is great to be able to phone a Branch direct and not to some Head Office.
