Excellent service.

I had cause to call Saga for a recent breakdown,which would have left me stranded at my workplace. Not only did they send help,but the response time was within one hour! Breakdown recovery

I have had to be recovered twice in the last 6 months. The support and action I received was excellent. I was dealt with promptly and was recovered within 2 hours. Superb service. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021

We used this service quite often with our previous car

We had a Peugeot Partner for several years insured and breakdown covered by sage .. It developed a fault which meant it would grind to a halt and several visits to garage workshops never managed to cure it so we sold it on .., however saga breakdown service came out to us every time with no complaints and every effort made to get to the bottom of the problem … admittedly with no solution but they got it running well enough to get us home each time.. a very efficient and friendly service.. Absolutely brilliant breakdown response through SAGA

My clutch stopped functioning on the drive home from holiday, I called Saga and was routed through to the RAC for their breakdown response. The RAC called within 5 minutes for a quick chat about the problem and turned up 10 minutes later - they then fixed our clutch problem to avoid a lengthy and time consuming recovery.
