Pay award savings

After 3 years of public sector pay freezes, I was given a small pay uplift a few years ago. I decided that as I wasn't used to having a payrise that I would invest it into the Credit Union. Some years later I've got a nice pot for emergencies. Annual statements mean I forget it exists and then get a nice surprise! I always recommend the Credit Union to friends, family & colleagues. Although I haven't been with Sheffield Credit Union for quite some time now and let me just stress..... it's nothing they did. When I WAS with them, I had no complaints. They were friendly, polite, customer service was great. Can't fault them. Will be looking to sign up again with them in the near future. Reviewed on: 17th July 2022

Friendly, fast and always there.

The staff are ALL friendly, regardless of your situation, helpful and quick to respond in all stages of the support they give. They are understanding and speak to you with care and genuine empathy. I have been a member of a few Credit Unions over the years, but Sheffield CU is, by far, the best. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, whatever their situation and needs. I took out a loan with credit union and it’s been brilliant so far, the staff are super helpful and I love them fact of saving along side my loan too, the repayments are all worked out for you on affordability and they always help to give you the maximum amount your eligible for, thanks again credit union team at Sheffield A+++ Reviewed on: 17th July 2022
