Sheffield Credit Union has enabled our charity to offer salary savings opportunities to our employees for many years. As members employees have access to the benefits of better loans service than banks can offer. Customer service is excellent, staff are people friendly, knowledgeable and understanding of individual circumstances. Online services are easy to use. Withdrawal requests services are simple to access and payments swift. Setting up a salary savings account for our staff was simple and the advice and help from Sheffield Credit Union was much appreciated. I’ve been a member for many years now and compared to the automated services banks offer Credit Unions People friendly service is much more connected with its members. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2022
