Community based inclusive saving & loansoptions

Sheffield credit union is a lifeline in particular to low income and economically disadvantaged individuals and families. I've been a member for over 20 years. My membership reassures me that I can access a financial safety net during difficult times without the prohibitive interest that often accompanies loans to low income individuals or those with low credit scores. One of the things I miss about Sheffield

I joined the Sheffield Credit Union when I was a Christian minister working in Sheffield, and kept up my membership on leaving. I believe Credit Unions are a necessary part of financial inclusion, and the Sheffield Credit Union is a fine example of its kind. Reviewed on: 9th June 2021
