I have had a bad experience trying to apply for loan...

I have had a bad experience trying to apply for loan based on my savings. I have never been considered. I have been saving with the Union for almost 2 years and each time I apply I have not been successful. I thought loans based on savings are guaranteed but in my case that's not it.
