I have been able to get my finances back in order, I have nearly paid off and no longer have to rely on credit cards, no longer in arrears with mortgage, council tax or water rates. I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

The process of requesting for the loan to fruition is transparent, seamless and reasonably fast, and adequate feedback is gotten on stages of loan application processes, with justification provided for the decisions made at these stages. Needed the money to buy a replacrment

My disability scooter had burnt out and I needed the money to buy a replacement, I approached my bank who I have been with for several years but to no avail and I was desperate because I struggle with walking a long way and I contacted Sheffield credit union for a loan and they were happy to let me go ahead and I have not missed a single payment either. Can not fault credit union! Helped me so much and the staff are amazing! Credit Union has helped me save 100s of £ which I could never do on my own! Plus helped me with loans when needed which have been really helpful and paying them back is really easy too. Been using this service for more than 5 years and it’s so helpful!
