Had this stocks-shares-isa for 6 years now but 2% return these days? Not good enough

I will be phoning shepherds friendly in the next few days as this is not good enough these days. Other ISA's I have perform over twice as good as this. Reviewed on: 30th April 2023

Good incentive vs poor comms

Received a Love2Shop voucher for investing but they changed the name on direct debit one month which made me think I’d been a victim of fraud and cancelled it before eventually realising their error. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Straightforward personal finance

Incredibly easy to open my ISA, with the option to invest sustainably into an ESG fund. I really like the investment management, which provides a smoother and more stable long-term investment journey - this has been a lifesaver during the volatility of the past few years. Very happy with there service, I find there website very easy to use and they always answer there calls very promptly. Reviewed on: 31st January 2020

Very easy to manage

Set up an ISA nearly a year ago. The application process was easy and equally straight forward to managing the account online. The team efficiently sent through registration documents via post when I had issues opening them via email. Have no experience of phoning them but that's a good thing because everything has been straight forward and easy! Reviewed on: 14th January 2020
