We have been with them for 9 year's and have never had any problems with receiving assistance our agent Irene is very accommodating and friendly. Even in the time we had problems they were very helpful to us whilst we got over it, they did not badger us and let us go at our own pace. An overall excellent well run company. Skyline direct is customer friendly and put them first. Every agent will do there upmost best to tick every box that’s needing ticked. From weekly/monthly payments to getting a new loan is done in one transaction. There’s no waiting about or being left in the dark.
