You want people to get paperless statement but you don't even have a system to provide one year statement to view online for credit card.... You want people to get paperless statement but you don't even have a system to provide one year statement to view online for credit card. Then charge a fee for statements over 6 months ago and even delay to provide documents for paid customers, one of the worst banking service i ever experience. I wont use your bank anymore. Please provide the bank statement as agreed on your term and condition. Read more Read less

    A. 250 pound overdraft is free on my Smilemore account every month. AND I love the new feature to be able to choose a future... A. 250 pound overdraft is free on my Smilemore account every month. AND I love the new feature to be able to choose a future date to pay a business or a person. Smile do not bother me with advertisements but are there when needed for example Insurance queries. Great.     Not so easy to contact recently

    They used to be very easy to contact but the last few times that I have tried to contact them I have either had to... They used to be very easy to contact but the last few times that I have tried to contact them I have either had to wait ages on the phone or else they tell me that they are closed. There is no ability to 'chat' with them and there is no possibility of them answering a question if it is at a weekend. Read more Read less

    A truly Ethical Bank for the Common Good.....

    I have been with Smile Bank aka Co op bank for many years. I have always found it effective adventurous, notably as the first internet... I have been with Smile Bank aka Co op bank for many years. I have always found it effective adventurous, notably as the first internet bank. Few branches I agree but the Post Office provides access to cash if needed. I sincerely hope the arrangement with the Coventry Building Society is fulfilled. The outcome will be supet ethical.
