credit card statement

You want people to get paperless statement but you don't even have a system to provide one year statement to view online for credit card.... You want people to get paperless statement but you don't even have a system to provide one year statement to view online for credit card. Then charge a fee for statements over 6 months ago and even delay to provide documents for paid customers, one of the worst banking service i ever experience. I wont use your bank anymore. Please provide the bank statement as agreed on your term and condition. Read more Read less

I have banked with Smile / Cooperative Bank for over 30 years, without any real problems or issues. My only critiicism would be that wait...     Not so easy to contact recently

    They used to be very easy to contact but the last few times that I have tried to contact them I have either had to... They used to be very easy to contact but the last few times that I have tried to contact them I have either had to wait ages on the phone or else they tell me that they are closed.
