Quick and easy to use

I have used Tandem for the past 4 years and I have found their service and savings account great to use. It is very easy and quick to transfer money into and out of the primary account and the ability to have lots of different pots to keep amounts of money for various reasons withouthaving to have separate bank accounts keeps the admin down. The Tandem app is easy to use.

The Tandem app is easy to use, very clear and no nonsense. The rates offered for savings are competitive and communication is good. I would recommend Tandem without hesitation, for anyone who can use a smart phone and likes remote banking. Reviewed on: 27th March 2026

Tandem were fantastic

I M 75 and dyslexic and I find anything digital too complex for me usually, but with Tandem it was clear, upfront and communicative. I also have poor eye sight and it was big and bold text, thus, for me it really was a no brainer! Reviewed on: 27th March 2026
