Straightforward

Best Business Account

Superb!!

I'm really pleased with Starling bank, it's easy to use, I especially love the 'spaces' section where you can keep and pay money from your 'spaces' rather than your main account. I love how it lets you know what's going out the next day too, that's really good and important for me. Very happy and would happily recommend them to anyone!! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Exceptional product with a feel good factor

Everything relating to Starling oooozes quality and even though its "just a bank account" from the packaging of the debit card to the feel of the app makes you feel special. Everything on the app seems to work seamlessly and I can't speak highly enough of the account to date. Not had to have any interaction with a service team or otherwise which is a very good sign therefore I can't comment about any personal interaction. Hopefully that is as good as the product itself. Simply brilliant

It is really easy and safe to use Starling for all our business needs. Our previous provider (beginning with HS) was absolutely terrible and compromised our ability to do business. Terrible customer service.

Was told by them to apply for a business loan to help with my micro business. After reluctantly doing so they denied my request for both the loan and overdraft despite them asking me to apply. Advertise themselves as friendly and different, but was told my case wasn’t even looked at by a human, just an algorithm. Same as the other banks really. Monzo much better and friendlier.
