These Guys are Great

I use Starling Bank for my small business and cannot recommend them higly enough. As with any bank account, setting up the account was filled with checks and balances, but the process was clear and user friendly, and I felt that support was always at hand. The interface between the mobile app and the website is smooth, with the website being easy to navigate. The swiftness of transactions, and the confirmations and alerts for account activities are excellent; I feel informed and in control of my account. The fees and charges are clearly explained, and, I believe, represent good value for the services received. I do not undertake cash transactions, so cannot comment on the process for banking cash. In fact, I have been so impressed with Starling Bank, I have opened a personal current account, as has my partner, and I have recommended the business banking to friends who also run small businesses. Good Old Fashioned Service In The New Digital World

In a digital age of giant companies that a small business has to rely on its wonderful to find a bank that has taken the time to fully train and support their customer facing staff. The interest in genuinely helping a customer is clear to see. No question is too small or silly and one feels confident with the responses given; with a smile and as much time as one needs to get the question sorted. Best Bank for Business

I have been with Starling now for almost two years. Over that time, Starling has proven over and over again their concern for the security of every transaction I have made, especially foreign transactions. Also, their Toolkit is one of the best. Best above all, their customer service is far superior to most I've experienced before - easy to reach, quick response time, always has a solution, and very polite. What else do you want?
