Needed to set up a Euro Account

Brilliant and easy service

A breath of fresh air.

A virtual service with a smile

As a floral designer and entrepreneur Starling has made the difference to my business I find the Spaces an excellent addition to my finance strategy and they keep everything simple. They are forward thinking and are always looking to improve the service given. From being able to add cheques from clients into the account, adding your card details to the app so you can purchase items quick and queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. It simply just works

Even when something happens where you have to contact someone (in my case it was due to a supplier multi debiting me)the interface was response. I was able to speak to a person who knew what to do to guide me through the problem. I DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT FOR 90 MINS ON A CALL (WITH AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE TELLING ME THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED) ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY COULDN'T HELP (which is how it works with the big high street providers)PLEASE NOTE-I didn't have to do this with Starling, they just dealt with my problem using technology and a real person Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
