Online banking at its best!

I've been using them for around 2 years now as my main business account. Their application is clear to use and transactions are processed in near real-time. On the odd occasion, I've contacted customer services and it's been a quick and painless experience without being redirected to an offshore call centre (larger banks, take note). Brilliant App, Real humans to talk to, everything I need!
